What Sales IQ covers
Sales IQ presents invoiced revenue and bookings data from all connected ERP systems, consolidated to master customer records so you're analyzing customer relationships — not just ERP account numbers. Key metrics include gross margin %, book-to-bill ratio, first-time visitor %, and eComm sales.
Gross Margin in Sales IQ is derived from sub-ledger (invoiced sales vs. standard cost). It is not a P&L or income statement figure.
Key metrics
- Bookings — sales order intake (not yet invoiced).
- Invoices / Revenue — invoiced amounts for the period.
- GM% — gross margin percent on invoiced revenue.
- Book-to-Bill Ratio — bookings ÷ invoiced revenue. Above 1.0 means backlog is growing.
- First-Time Visitor % — share of revenue from customers with no prior-period activity.
- Distributor % of Sales — portion of revenue flowing through distribution channel.
