What Operations IQ covers

Operations IQ pulls work order and production transaction data from your ERP systems to give you a real-time picture of production health. The Daily Pulse dashboard shows key operational KPIs including LHV%, past due orders, open order value, and Tier 2 same-day order fulfillment percentage.

Key metrics

LHV% — Labor/Hour Value percent; a measure of labor and overhead absorption against standard.
Past Due — value of sales or work orders past their promised date.
Open Orders — total value of open sales orders at the current period.
On-Time Ship — percent of orders shipped on or before the promised ship date.
Tier 2 Same Day Order% — percent of Tier 2 customer orders shipped same day as ordered.
